Looking for help

As part of my recently gained position, I am reaching out to anyone that knows about EASA NCC and NCO operations.
If you have some time and can give me advice on the matters I would appreciate it!

  1. depending on the type of aircraft you are flying, but if its anything like a king Air and below, weight wise then you will fall under NCO, and if you are using the aircraft for Aerial work then you will also have to comply with part SPO.

    • Thank you. I figured this out in the mean time. I’m awaiting a response from the German CAA to see whether any rules are in place yet or not. The whole thing is quite a mess.
